7854 Self-Test ROM Failure

2* 2716 (8k* und 4* 2764 (8k*.
Das FPLA ist ein N82S107F. Keine Chance mit meinem Brenner.
Werde mal bei Kollegen mit einem "Dataman"-Brenner nachfragen.

it seems that it's not just an simple exchange of ROMs.
The Firmware is the same for all revisions.
For corrections and updates there are Patch-ROMs that are adressed via FPLA.
So you need a _matching set_.
 
Please correct me if i'm wrong.

What labels do your (amplifier) chips carry?
Mine are labeled:
U100 - 160-0408-01
U110 - 160-0409-01
U120 - 160-0445-02
U200 -  160-0410-01
U210 -  160-0411-01
U400 -  160-0466-02
U410 -  160-0467-02

The MCM68766 ROMs were also used in the Tektronix 4041-Controllers and therefor wanted as well.
I'm still waiting for an answer from a source here in munich.
 
Reading and programming can be done via adapter-socket.

Hello Community,

ICs still wanted, not yet successful until now.

Using IC's with quit different other packages would be possible, but I am still waiting for a simple replacement solution, I am not in a hurry.

The instrument is successfully repaired.

Somebody sent me the programmed IC's, the oscilloscope works again.
